SHIPPING AND RETURN
The delivery time for SONIA BUBIĆ footwear is between 5 and 15 days from the date the order is received. Delays may occur during holidays and non-working days. When placing your order, we will inform you of the exact delivery time, as some models are made especially for you, which requires additional time.
If you notice any damage to the delivered package, please notify us immediately upon receiving the shipment, on the same day, via email at customercare@soniabubic.com, so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
SHIPPING WITHIN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
Shipping within Bosnia and Herzegovina is free, while the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Packages delivered outside of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be shipped within 5 to 15 days from the date of the order. There is a possibility that your package may arrive outside the estimated delivery time, depending solely on the customs clearance process or other measures in your country.
International packages may be subject to additional charges, duties, or taxes determined by your local customs authorities. All potential additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN
To return SONIA BUBIĆ products, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us via email at customercare@soniabubic.com. In the email subject line, please write “RETURN.”
2. We will send you all necessary information about the return process, including a return form and the address where you should send the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Please ensure that the products you wish to return are packed in their original packaging and sent in their original condition, along with all additional items you received (e.g., care instructions, thank-you note, paper, dust bag, etc.).
4. Once we receive the shoes, we will conduct a quality check to confirm the products are in their original condition. We will notify you via email once the package has been received.
• Note: Shoes must not be damaged or show any signs of wear. The sole must be free of scratches. When trying on the shoes, please do so on a soft surface.
5. If the products are in good condition and returned in their original state and packaging, the funds will be refunded to you (via the original payment method) no later than 15 days from the date of receipt and confirmation that the products are in their original condition.

Is it possible to exchange ordered products?
Exchanges for ordered products are not possible. We recommend that you return the product, after which we will refund your payment. You can then place a new order for the product you want.
