Size Guide

BOOTS

All boot models – Sara Boot, Kate Boot, and Julia Booties – are made using the same last.

Please note that the last for boots is slightly larger than the standard size chart. It is essential to measure your foot length in centimeters and select the appropriate size based on the table. For example, if you usually wear European size 37, you might find that size 36 fits you better in our boots.

PUMPS

All pump models – Bella Pumps and Bianca Pumps – are made using the same last.

Please note that the last for pumps is slightly larger than the standard size chart. It is essential to measure your foot length in centimeters and select the appropriate size based on the table. For example, if you usually wear European size 37, you might find that size 36 fits you better in our pumps.

• HOW TO MEASURE FOOT?

Foot Measurement Guide

1. Prepare a sheet of paper, a pencil, and a ruler.
2. Stand upright on the paper with your foot placed flat.
3. Use the pencil at a 90° angle to mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
4. Connect these two points and measure the length of your foot using the ruler.
5. For additional accuracy, you can also mark the height of your foot on the side, as shown in the image.

The process of creating shoe lasts is very specific, and often the dimensions of different types of footwear can vary. Therefore, it is essential to refer to the size chart for each product individually, which is provided in centimeters to ensure you select the correct size without error.

Shipping time for footwear ranges from 5 to 15 days, depending on the delivery location.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanging ordered products is not possible. We recommend returning the product, and we will refund your payment. You can then place a new order for the item you want. When the package arrives at our address, we will verify that the products are in their original condition. You will then receive an email confirmation of the package’s arrival. If the products are in good condition and have been returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels, your refund (via the original payment method) will be processed as soon as possible from the date the returned products are received.
